some of my favorites were the selection of tarts,

from the bright key lime tart to the colorful fruit tarts.

The display case was filled with a selection of cakes,

from tiramisu and a nine layered chocolate cake

to this stunning lemon blueberry basil cake.

Lifting the lid on these brownies was a heavenly whiff.

Visit Metro Animal Care and Control to meet adoptable dogs and pick a pup for a short-term foster adventure. Supplies and all support are provided.

Relax with your foster dog on the covered, pet-friendly patio at Surefire Coffee Co., where your pup can enjoy fresh water and a complimentary pup cup treat.

• They have a covered patio space, with outdoor fans, outlets & plenty of seating.
• The staff were so sweet, providing Zeke with fresh water, a pup cup treat & lots of cuddles.

full-time ownership just is not in the cards right now.

We kicked things off with a walk and play session at Shelby Park,

then made our way over to Baxter Bailey and Company for some treats and toys.

We took our goodies to the dog friendly patio

and I got to spread the word about him and the foster program.
