Batter Up!

We started off the day with a little walk through Wedgwood Houston

and stumbled into the cutest little coffee shop called Humphrey Street.

and free koosies definitely took one or two of those.

Andrew got the bacon burger and obviously he really liked his,

laid at Sevier Park and window shopped a bit.

Uh 12 South is always packed on the weekends.

and then we wandered into Buck Mason and Fast Times.

Obviously I had to get a loaded dog and a couple of beers.

Brunch at Germantown Cafe is one of my favorite ways to kick off the weekend.

It's right in the heart of the neighborhood,

but the yap session turns into a full afternoon hang before we even realize it.

It's one of those places where the conversations

The vibe is easy and bright with big windows and tables full of people laughing,

We always start with the monkey bread and then whatever is going to fuel our day,

This is definitely the kind of spot that makes the weekend feel like the weekend.
