• It doesn’t hurt to still wear clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty, just in case! 👚
• There are different packages with add-ons to choose from! I did the basic package for $25 and had a blast! 🎨

• Have fun! There are so many different tools to try! I probably finished my painting — and then ruined it — and then finished it again three times before I ended up with my finished piece! 🤪

Turned it into a picnic in the park and savored the delicious bites.

Flow in the park

There's no place like Seattle in the summer,

and every year I find something new to do.

Flow Fitness puts on free yoga in the park at Lake Union Park down by Mohi.

It's a perfect after work activity as it's from 6 to 7.

and the only thing they ask you to bring is water and a yoga mat.

They also have different vendors you can check out.

a non-alcoholic beer that I actually really Love.

There was a chiropractic to get your posture checked out,

and they were even having a raffle for a new yoga mat.

While I'm not much of a yoga person myself,

I did really enjoy how they took us through some breath work,

had us do various Benyase flows and really made me

feel limber and loose by the end of our session.

so I definitely recommend getting there slightly early.
