There's a new record bar and cocktail lounge in town,

and I already have another res booked because I loved it that much.

you feel like you're in a record shop from the 90s,

complete with spinning vinyl all night long.

and we got to be the first ones to experience their second ever tasting menu,

which is 3 cocktails and bites inspired by an album they love.

it's the 2001 album "Discovery" by Daft Punk,

and I'm not super familiar with the album,

We started with a gorgeous welcome cocktail and then

immediately got into the Karaage style menu of bites.

I have literally dreamed about these marinated cucumbers ever since.

The onigiri was also delicious and the presentation was overall gorgeous.

The drinks themselves were delicious and fun.

And the last one was served in a vintage Coke bottle.

I loved all of the creative touches throughout.
