When does the program start?
Friday at 5pm! You’ll have the first weekend to get groceries, and the cooking starts on Monday.

What's the schedule of the program?
You'll cook 10 recipes over 2 weeks. We'll text you on Friday with your grocery list for the upcoming week's recipes, then every weekday with your recipe for the day.

How do you define "healthy"? What type of diet is this designed for?
The recipes are paleo-ish. They're healthy (limited gluten, refined sugar, processed foods, dairy), but not adhering to any strict diets (not vegan, strict paleo, etc). We don’t recommend this program for vegetarians as many recipes include meat.

What equipment and skills are required?
Nothing crazy - you just need a blender, stove, basic pots and pans, etc. No skills required.

How can I safely buy groceries right now?
During the program, we’ll teach you the CDC’s process for how to safely buy and unpack groceries.

What if some groceries are not available to me?
For each recipe, we'll provide substitutes you can make if you can't get a certain item.

Will my credit card be charged beyond the 2 weeks?
Nope - this is a 2 week program, not a subscription.

Can I end the program at any time?
Yes, just text “STOP”.
