Nudge Ticketing Terms and Conditions
1.1 Overview
Nudge Ticketing (“Nudge Ticketing”) is an online ticketing platform provided by The Nudge for event organizers (“Organizers”) to sell tickets and for consumers (“you” or “Customers”) to purchase tickets to third-party events.
1.2 Acceptance of Terms
These Ticketing Terms and Conditions (“Ticketing Terms”) govern your use of Nudge Ticketing and your purchase of event tickets through our platform. By using Nudge Ticketing to buy or sell tickets, you agree to these Ticketing Terms. These terms are separate from and in addition to The Nudge’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, these Ticketing Terms will control for ticketing matters.
2.1 Platform Role
The Nudge acts solely as a ticketing platform and intermediary between Organizers and Customers. The Nudge is not the creator, organizer, or owner of the events listed on Nudge Ticketing. Organizers are solely responsible for hosting the event, complying with all applicable laws, and delivering the event as advertised.
2.2 Seller of Record
The event Organizer is the seller of record for tickets. No direct buyer-seller contract is formed between you and The Nudge by your ticket purchase.
2.3 Third-Party Platforms
Some events may also sell tickets through other platforms. The Nudge is only responsible for transactions that occur on Nudge Ticketing.
3.1 All Sales Final
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in limited cases described below.
3.2 No Refunds for Change of Plans or Minor Event Changes
No refunds will be issued if you choose not to attend, can no longer attend, or for minor changes to the event (e.g., change in venue, time, or supporting acts).

If an event is canceled by the Organizer, you will be entitled to a refund of your ticket purchase. Refunds will be processed by the Organizer using Nudge Ticketing tools. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
3.4 Event Postponement or Rescheduling
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds for postponed events are at the Organizer’s discretion unless the event is ultimately canceled.
3.5 Refund Scope
Refunds include the ticket price and any applicable service fees. The Nudge is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other indirect costs.
4.1 21+ Events
For events designated as 21+, you must be at least 21 years old to purchase or attend. By purchasing, you represent that you meet the age requirement.
4.2 ID Verification
You may be required to present valid government-issued photo ID at the event. No refunds will be issued if you are denied entry due to not meeting age requirements or failing to provide ID.
4.3 Other Age Policies
You must comply with any age restrictions set by the Organizer. The Nudge reserves the right to cancel orders that violate an event’s age policy.
5.1 Electronic Delivery
Tickets will be delivered electronically via SMS and/or email. Delivery methods may include links, QR codes, or similar formats.
5.2 Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring you can receive SMS and/or email communications.
6.1 No Control Over Events
The Nudge does not control or operate the events and makes no warranties about event quality, safety, or accuracy of descriptions.
6.2 Assumption of Risk
By attending an event, you assume all risks, including personal injury, property damage, or illness.
6.3 No Liability for Organizer Actions
The Nudge is not liable for acts, omissions, or breaches by the Organizer or venue.
6.4 Third-Party Services
The Nudge is not responsible for third-party sites or services linked to an event.
6.5 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Nudge’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the ticket.
6.6 No Warranties
The Nudge Ticketing platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
Tickets are personal to the purchaser and may not be resold or transferred without permission from the Organizer.
8.1 Payment Data
Payments are processed by Stripe or Apple Pay. The Nudge does not store payment card details.
8.2 Sharing with Organizers
The Nudge may share your name, email, and phone number with the Organizer for ticket redemption and event-related purposes.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Nudge and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Ticketing Terms or your attendance at an event.
The Nudge may update these Ticketing Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Nudge Ticketing after changes constitutes acceptance.
