An update about The Nudge

This message is being emailed to all registered users on The Nudge.

We’re writing with some difficult news: The Nudge is winding down.

We were in the final stages of being acquired by a larger company, and the deal fell apart at the eleventh hour. The Nudge no longer has the resources to continue.

As a result, control of the company has been transferred to an independent firm, Province, whose job is to wind down the business in an orderly way.

If you believe The Nudge owes you something (for example, the remainder of a Nudge Plus subscription): All users who were active on Nudge Plus at any point over the last two years will receive a formal notice with details for submitting a claim. That notice may refer to The Nudge as Livday Inc., which is our company’s formal name.

If you would like to export your Nudge content: You can download your data here — your created Nudge Plans, saved Nudge Plans, and your city’s votes on the best places for various activities. These exports will be available for a limited time, so we recommend downloading your data as soon as possible.

It has been the privilege of a lifetime to be a small part of helping you do more in real life. Our motto from the beginning was “nudging is the way we spend our time when we remember life is short.” May the nudging spirit endure in all of us.
